Treasure Defence is an award winning  VR game that innovates on the classic tower defence genre. Play arcades, win towers and fight back The British Navy. Plunder gold from destroyed ships and fortify your pirate cove.

About this game:

Treasure Defence is a  VR tower defense game where you place units as board game pieces and gain units through playing arcade machines.

Our goal is to immerse the player within a world where the tower defence genre plays like a board game and use VR technology to achieve this.

This is a VR only game. It currently supports HTC Vive, Khronos, Oculus and Valve Index. (Using OpenXR)

Controlls;

Laser pointer:

X Button / Primary button on the Left VR motion controller.

Adjust height: 

Aim the laser at the box icon on the left controller with text “Height up” or “Height down” and grab it. This will adjust the player's height.  

Rotate view - Right VR controller joystick

Regular movement - Left VR controller joystick

Grabbing things - Grip button on each VR controller. Allows one item to be picked up in each hand.

Interaction with vending / arcade machine, start wave, eject / pickup map - Also grab button.

Reset player position - Left Joystick click
